The coldest city on earth is located in Russia

The city of Yakutsk, in northeastern Russia, has been named the coldest city on Earth with a cold of 63 degrees Celsius and a long winter span of 8 months a year. For the year-round frosts, there are no refrigerators in Yakutsk’s homes; some even use them to keep food from freezing.
Although the population of Yakutsk is “200,000”, it does not register any human gathering in this city and it’s a strange phenomenon because of the cold, since the human can’t spend more than 20 minutes abroad.
