    An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 hits the coast of Greece

    An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale hit the coast of Greece Sunday morning.

    According to the US Geological Survey, the quake struck 75 km southwest of Pyrgos and at a depth of 10 km.

    No injuries or damage were reported.

    In July, an earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale struck 26 km northwest of Athens at a depth of two kilometers.
