Photos: Dearborn Councilwoman Leslie Herrick’s re-election kickoff fundraising event

Friends and supporters of Dearborn City Councilwoman Leslie Herrick recently gathered at The Dearborn Historical Museum to kick off her re-election campaign. Those in attendance included many prominent community leaders and elected officials who shared stories about Leslie’s dedication to helping residents and businesses as well as her extensive involvement with community organizations.

Exciting news shared at the event was the announcement that Leslie Herrick’s reelection to Dearborn City Council has been endorsed by the Dearborn Fire Fighters IAFF Local 412.

Leslie thanked all who attended and recognized Dr. Ali Berry, chair of the honorary committee that sponsored the event, and Kevin Dewey who volunteered to play piano to entertain the crowd.  Leslie noted that it was fitting that the event was held at the Dearborn Historical Museum where guests could see displays about the city’s history past as she discussed how she is focusing on building Dearborn’s future together as our city emerges from the challenges of the Covid-19 global pandemic.
