LIVONIA, Michigan — A Detroit man has been charged with second-degree premeditated murder in a fatal stabbing incident at Livonia Intersection, according to the Wayne County District Attorney’s office.
Cameron DeGoanne LeFleur, 21, is charged in connection with the May 25 stabbing of 23-year-old Gage Wan. Wan, from Commerce in Oklahoma, was shot to death around 5:20 a.m. at the intersection of Plymouth and Middlebelt.
Authorities believe the victim was homeless and frequented the intersection.
Prosecutors said the altercation continued when Fleur allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Wan in the chest.
He is expected to go to trial on Thursday, June 10.
