The seasoning will absorb the excess moisture and the dish will be full, crunchy and golden. Most importantly, the oil will not splash.

Salad with french fries ingredients:
• lettuce / spinach
• Fresh salmon fillet
– 150-200 g Potatoes
– 2 medium or 1 large cherry tomatoes
• Cucumber – 50 g
• Oil – 4 tablespoons
• French mustard – 1 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
• garlic – 1 clove
• Salt and pepper to taste Parsley and celery – to taste
• How to prepare:
– Fry the potatoes, cool.
Cut the fish into cubes, add salt and pepper, and fry.
Cut the cucumber into any shape and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
