Gimme Shelter! Construction of the new Dearborn Animal Shelter is moving along at a quick pace. The facility behind Police Headquarters belongs to the Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit, and is being built with significant funding from the City. We can’t wait for the new place to care for our friends with fur, scheduled to open next year.
