With this "traditional drink" .. North Korea faces Corona

At a time when the world began to recover from the devastating effects of the Corona virus on the economy and health, more than two years after the emergence of the virus, North Korea has faced the epidemic for about 10 days for the first time, according to official recognition, but it has resorted to “purely traditional” methods. Confronting it, in light of the lack of medical capabilities it has.

North Korea has not confirmed the total number of people who have tested positive for the coronavirus, as it appears to lack testing supplies, but the pandemic wave announced on May 12 raises concerns about a lack of vaccines, lack of adequate medical infrastructure, and a potential food crisis in the country where it is located. It has a population of 25 million.

Pyongyang rejects most foreign aid, keeps its borders closed, and does not allow any independent confirmation of official statements.
