A magical fruit that you eat before every meal will reduce your weight annually

Losing weight has always been associated with avoiding foods and reducing the amount you eat, but a new study confirmed that adding one of the foods will help you lose weight.

And a study related to the diet showed that eating half a grapefruit before each meal will result in weight loss by the end of the year, according to the health website Red.

The study revealed that all participants who ate half a grapefruit before each meal, lost an average of 1.6 kg within 3 months, which is equivalent to 6.3 kg annually. 

Although the fruit itself does not burn fat, but it has a very high percentage of water, which makes you feel full, and speeds up the digestion process.

Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C and contains pectin, a form of soluble fiber, which slows the progression of atherosclerosis.

In addition to the study, nutrition experts advise that a person start his day by eating a grapefruit, because of its benefits that will accrue to him throughout the day.
