A pizza deliveryman risks his life and saves children from being burned!

A pizza delivery worker in Indiana has been hailed as a hero after he broke into a burning house and saved two kids and three boys from the blaze.

The Independent reported that Nicholas Bostick, a 25-year-old pizza delivery man, was driving past a house in Lafayette that caught fire.

As soon as he saw the fire burst into the building, he managed to get an 18-year-old and four youngsters to safety. The newspaper quoted officials as saying that four siblings, the youngest of whom is one year old, the oldest of whom is 18, with a 6-year-old girl in the middle, a 13-year-old boy, and another child, 13, were all asleep, and were saved by the courage of the pizza delivery man.

He didn't have his phone, Bostick says, and couldn't call 911, so he ran to the back door and went upstairs, and managed to get some kids out of the house. When they told him that there was another 6-year-old girl in the house, he re-entered, and was able to find her despite the thick smoke, then broke one of the windows with his fist, and they managed to escape through it to safety.

Police said Bostick was taken to hospital for complications from severe smoke inhalation and a serious injury to his arm, and has now been treated and allowed to leave the hospital.
