By the numbers... Here are the final results from the last round of the expatriate elections!

In a "positive" and democratic atmosphere, the second and last round of the polls, which took place in European, American and African countries, and in the United Arab Emirates, ended.

At the conclusion of this round, the Director of Expatriates at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hadi Hashem, announced that "the percentage of participation in the elections of the expatriates is high, reaching 60% all over the world, and between 128,000 to 130,000 voters have voted."

Hashem pointed out that "this is the largest logistical operation in the modern history of Lebanon," stressing that "the diplomatic corps achieved a great achievement, and we did not hear or voice objection, and therefore we got everyone's appreciation, and we saw the rush among the spread to participate in the election of a new parliament."

Hashem said: "We started on May 6 with the ten countries, specifically with Iran, and ended with the United States of America. The first day passed successfully and it was an incentive for the spread to participate in the second day."

He added, "We will continue this work in the coming days, and we will receive the funds. We thank all the work team and wish the Ministry of Interior success on May 15."

Hashem pointed out that "the final numbers are issued by the registration committees on May 15."

And he added, "We promise you that there will be representatives for expatriates and participation for expatriates in 2026."
