Chicken tray with pesto seasoning


Chicken breast: 4 breasts

Pesto sauce: 3 tablespoons

Mascarpone cheese: 85 grams

Olive oil: 4 tablespoons

Pine nuts: 3 tablespoons

Basil leaves: 3 tablespoons (fresh)

Cherry tomatoes: 175 grams

Bread crumbs: 100 grams (or bread crumbs)

- Salt, to taste

- Black pepper to taste

How to prepare

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Using a small, sharp knife, make slits in the chicken breasts.

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the pesto sauce and season the chicken breasts with the mixture.

Put some oil on the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper to taste.

Spread the bread crumbs on a baking tray with the tomatoes and oil and add the chicken breasts.

Put the tray in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then spread the pine nuts and put it for two minutes.

Serve grilled chicken breasts with potatoes, bread or white rice, and garnish with basil leaves.
