Chocolate cupcake


Dark chocolate: 100 gr

Water: a cup

Butter: 100 gr (soft)

Brown sugar: a cup and a quarter

Eggs: 3 pcs

Flour: two cups

Cocoa powder: ¼ cup

How to prepare

1. Prepare cupcake molds with paper cups.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, mix the water and chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts and you get a smooth mixture.

3. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl, then add the eggs, one at a time, and beat again

4. Add flour and cocoa and mix until combined. Then add the chocolate mixture and mix again.

5. Spread the cupcake mix on the moulds. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

6. Decorate with chocolate cream to add flavor and beautiful appearance
