Crispy potato chips


Potatoes: 2 tablets (large size)

Cold water: 2 cups (for soaking potatoes)

- Salt, to taste

Oil: abundant (for frying)

How to prepare

1. Peel the outer skin of the potato, then peel the potato using a peeler into thin flakes.

2. Soak the potatoes in salted water for 25 minutes.

3. Drain the potatoes from the water, and use kitchen paper to dry the potato chips.

4. Heat the oil, and start frying the potato chips, and when cooked, put the potato chips on kitchen paper so that it absorbs the remnants of the frying oil, and serve the crispy potato chips hot.
