Delicious mini donuts


Flour: three-quarters of a cup

Sugar: three cups

Starch: two tablespoons

Baking powder: one teaspoon

Salt: half a teaspoon

Milk: 3 cups (liquid)

Milk: two tablespoons (liquid)

Salt: one and a half teaspoon

Eggs: 1 piece

Butter: 1 tablespoon (melted)

Ready-made caramel sauce: 1/4 cup (to cover)

Coconut: ½ cup (to cover)

Chocolate: ½ cup (melted, to cover)

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven at 425 degrees, and prepare a mini donut tray by sprinkling oil in the moulds.

2. In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, mix the milk, butter, vinegar and egg well until the mixture is homogeneous.

4. Add the mixture to the flour mixture and knead until it becomes a smooth and cohesive dough.

5. Spread a spoonful of the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 5 minutes, until golden.

6. Leave the donuts to cool down, then spread the chocolate, caramel and coconut on top and feet.
