Do you suffer from insomnia? Here is the easiest way to adjust sleep

Many suffer from insomnia or difficulty staying asleep, especially during periods of changing seasons such as the end of summer and the beginning of fall or winter, and in many cases, you can relieve insomnia by making some simple lifestyle changes.

During the day:

Be more active, by making sure you walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes on most days, and don't nap during the day or in the evening. It is important that you stop smoking and reduce your caffeine intake.

Change your bedtime habits

 Wake up at the same time every day.

Go to bed around the same time every day.

Avoid caffeinated drinks in the evening.

Avoid eating heavy meals at least two hours before bed.

Find soothing and relaxing activities to do before bed.

- read or take a bath; So you don't think about worrying things.

Don't watch TV or use the computer close to bedtime.

Avoid activities that increase your heart rate for two hours before going to bed.

If you cannot fall asleep within 30 minutes, get out of bed and move to another room, or do a quiet activity; until you feel sleepy.
