For ladies:Seasonal fruit protects you from Alzheimer's, according to a new study

The study confirmed that people aged 65 and over who ate fruits regularly had fewer tau proteins in their brains. These results were based on a study that included the autopsy of the brains of 575 people after their death, and scientists noticed a lower concentration of tau proteins in the group that ate strawberries.

“This study gives us hope in how certain food ingredients like strawberries can help with brain health,” said Dr. Pooja Agarwal, one of the study participants.
