It may happen with anyone.. here are the symptoms of a silent heart attack to survive it!!

Recognizing the silent signs of a heart attack is important, as the sooner you get emergency treatment, your chances of surviving a heart attack increase.

People may have a heart attack without realizing that it is happening in what is known as a “silent attack”, so what are the early warning signs?

A heart attack is called "silent" when it occurs with mild or no symptoms or signs that can easily be ignored or confused with other illnesses.

An attack, also called a silent myocardial infarction (SMI), and which accounts for 50 to 80 percent of all heart attacks, occurs when your heart doesn't receive enough oxygen.

With plaque buildup in the arteries or other damage from high blood pressure, blood flow can be partially or completely cut off, resulting in a heart attack.  If the person has a heart attack and is experiencing difficulty breathing, the patient should perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); To maintain or restore blood flow in the body, these include chest compressions (100-120 per minute).

Signs of a silent heart attack

Because silent heart attacks can go unnoticed, there can be more damage than you think, which is why it's important to note all the early signs of a heart attack so you get treatment.

And timesofindia reviewed a number of indicators that may warn of an imminent silent heart attack, which are:

1- Chest pain and discomfort

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), most heart attacks involve discomfort in the middle or left side of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.

2- Digestive problems

Experts believe that digestive issues, such as stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn and nausea, can be an early sign of a heart attack.

Stomach pain can originate in the middle of the upper abdomen and is usually heavy rather than sharp or tingly. It can also last for more than a few minutes.

3- Dizziness or dizziness

You may have chest pain for a variety of reasons, yet the discomfort can be a feeling of pressure and a warning sign of a heart attack.

With overexposure to heat or eye, neck or back strain, many factors can lead to dizziness or lightheadedness.

However, feeling dizzy can be an early warning sign of a heart attack, especially in women.

These symptoms may also present with cold sweats, chest tightness or shortness of breath and some people may faint or lose consciousness, which is when one should seek medical help immediately.

4- Pain in various parts of the body

The warning signs of a heart attack are not limited to specific parts of the body, but can spread and radiate throughout the body.

The classic sign of a heart attack is pain that radiates to the arm, especially to the left side of the body, usually starting in the chest and moving outward toward the arm and jaw. Other areas of pain include the neck, back, and stomach.
