Jordan condemns storming Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli forces

Today, Thursday, Jordan condemned "allowing extremists to storm the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque / Al-Haram Al-Sharif under the protection of the Israeli police."


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs in Jordan said, in a statement, that extremists were allowed to storm the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the Israeli police, stressing that “Al-Haram Al-Sharif, with its entire area of ​​144 dunums, is a place of worship purely for Muslims, and the visit of non-Muslims to it is organized by the Department of Endowments for Jerusalem.” And the Affairs of the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is affiliated with the Jordanian Ministry of Endowments, Affairs and Islamic Sanctuaries, in its capacity as the legal authority with the exclusive jurisdiction to manage all the affairs of the Haram and regulate entry to it.
