Jordan.. The Palestine Committee of the House of Representatives rejects Bennett's talk about Al-Aqsa and calls for not testing the patience of two billion Muslims

The Palestine Committee of the Jordanian House of Representatives announced its rejection of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett's statements about Israel's sovereignty over Al-Aqsa Mosque, and called on him not to test the patience of two billion Muslims.

And the committee warned in a statement read out by its chairman, MP Muhammad Al-Zahrawi, that "such statements serve to fuel the entire region with religious wars."

The Jordanian Parliamentary Committee warned against "the consequences of continuing the assault on Al-Aqsa, the first of the two Qiblas and the third of the Two Holy Mosques." It stressed that these statements are "a coup against the historical and religious reality in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds Al-Sharif."

And Bennett called not to test the patience of two billion Muslims.

He stressed that "Al-Aqsa Mosque, which has an area of 144 dunums (one dunam equals a thousand square meters) is a pure right of Muslims alone, sponsored by a blessed Hashemite tutelage, which King Abdullah II holds steadfastly on the right."
