Omelette with vegetables

Learn a delicious and quick omelette with eggs and vegetables, a filling, light and delicious breakfast recipe, try it our way and serve it with toasted bread.


Eggs: 2 tablets

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon (ground)

Tomato: 1 pc (peeled and chopped)

Colored pepper: ¼ cup (chopped)

Baking powder: a teaspoon

Black olives: a tablespoon

Olive oil: a tablespoon

How to prepare

Hatch eggs in a deep bowl.

Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.

Add the following ingredients to the eggs: chopped tomatoes, colored peppers, baking powder, black olives, and mix the eggs with the vegetables well.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on the stove, add the egg mixture, and leave it until it softens, stirring a little to make sure it is done.

Pour the omelette into a serving dish and serve hot with toasted bread.
