Pancake Fluffy


Eggs: 4 grains (separate the yolks from the whites)

Vanilla: a teaspoon

Sugar: 4 tablespoons

Flour: 8 tablespoons (sifted)

Salt: a pinch

Baking powder: half a teaspoon

How to prepare

Mix the egg yolk with two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla, and baking powder until the sugar dissolves and you get a homogeneous consistency.

Beat the egg whites well with the remaining amount of sugar until you get an icy consistency.

Add flour and salt to the egg yolk mixture, stirring.

Add the egg white mixture to the rest of the ingredients, stirring from the bottom up until it becomes a soft and fluffy texture.

In a non-stick pan on the fire, add a tablespoon of the mixture using the ice cream spoon and grill the pancakes on both sides to get a golden color.

In a serving dish, put the pancakes, add maple juice or honey, and decorate with strawberries.
