Pound Cake Vanilla


Flour: 4 cups

Milk: a cup

Butter: a cup

Sugar: a cup and a half

Eggs: 4 grains

Baking powder: 3 teaspoons

Vanilla: 2 tablespoons (liquid)

Salt: half a teaspoon

How to prepare

In a bowl, sift the flour, then add the baking powder, salt and mix well.

Put the eggs and sugar in another bowl, and beat the ingredients with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves, then add the butter and mix well, then add the milk and liquid vanilla to the mixture while continuing to beat until the ingredients are completely homogeneous.

Gradually add the dry ingredients until you get a thick dough.

Grease a rectangular cake pan with a little oil and sprinkle it with flour, then put the cake batter in the pan.

Heat the oven at 180°C.

Put the mold in the oven for about half an hour until it turns golden and cooked, then remove it and leave it aside until it cools, then serve.
