Russian Defense: Destruction of the ground control station for drones in southeastern Ukraine

The Russian Defense Ministry announced the destruction of the ground control station for unmanned aerial vehicles in the Dnipropetrovsk region in southeastern Ukraine. “The Russian Air Force killed up to 100 militants of the 9th Gibbard Special Task Regiment of the Ukrainian National Guard, as well as more than 50 foreign mercenaries in the city of Zaporozhye,” the Ministry of Defense noted.

"The Russian air defense systems shot down seven drones in one day, and also destroyed a tactical missile of the Tochka-O type and seventeen HIMARS launchers," the ministry confirmed.

"As a result of a massive fire strike on the temporary deployment point of the 81st Air Force Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Konstantinovka region of the Donetsk People's Republic, more than 150 Ukrainian soldiers were killed," it said.
