Side effects of eating peanut butter... Beware!

Peanut butter is a part of many people's favorite snacks, however your daily dose can cause some unfavorable side effects.

Therefore, you should pay attention to some of the side effects that excessive intake may cause, according to a report published by Eat this Not that. GERD

Eating too much peanut butter may trigger or irritate acid reflux disorder, also known as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Instead, try looking for natural peanut butter options that contain only peanuts and possibly salt.
