Sponge cake without milk


Flour: 3 cups

Sugar: 2 cups

Salt: a teaspoon

Baking soda: 2 teaspoons

Cocoa powder: half a cup

Vegetable oil: three quarters of a cup

White vinegar: 2 tablespoons

Vanilla: 2 teaspoons

Cold water: 2 cups

How to prepare

Sift the flour into a bowl.

Add salt, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sugar.

Add oil, vinegar, vanilla, and cold water, and whisk until combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.

Put the tray in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until the cake is done.

Remove the tray from the oven and leave it for 10 minutes, then decorate it as desired.
