The Kremlin comments on Kadyrov's invitation and the conditions for using nuclear

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded Monday to Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov's call for the Russian military to use "limited nuclear weapons" in Ukraine.

"Kadyrov made a great contribution to the special operation, but in difficult moments emotions should be excluded from the assessments," Peskov said in response to the Chechen president's criticism of the Russian military's performance.

Regarding Kadyrov's call for the introduction of nuclear weapons into the Ukrainian battle, Peskov explained: "Everything is explained in the Russian nuclear doctrine, and there can be no other considerations."

Kadyrov had said in a message on Telegram: "In my opinion, more decisive measures should be taken, up to the declaration of martial law in the border areas and the use of nuclear weapons of limited power."
