Heavy rains in the capital, Sana'a, caused the collapse of houses in Sana'a and the collapse of parts of the wall of Sana'a University.

Local residents said that the torrential rains flooded a number of streets in the capital, "Rabat" due to the heavy rains, and the continued flow of torrents, which led to the cutting of traffic lines on a number of bridges after they were filled with torrential water.

The torrential rains also caused the collapse of the wall of the New Sana'a University.
