The Yemeni government accuses the "Ansar Allah" group of 1924 violations of the United Nations armistice since its entry into force

The internationally recognized Yemeni government accused the Houthi group "Ansar Allah" of 1924 violations of the United Nations armistice in Yemen, since it was announced in early April.


The Yemeni armed forces said on Twitter: "We have monitored the Houthi militia committing 1924 violations of the UN truce within 21 days of its announcement on the fighting fronts in the governorates of Al-Hodeidah, Taiz, Al-Dhalea, Hajjah, Saada, Al-Jawf, Ma'rib, Abyan and Lahj."


It explained that "the violations were distributed among 573 violations on the fronts of the Taiz axis, 406 violations in the fronts of Hajjah, 399 violations in the Ma'rib fronts, 330 violations in Al-Hodeidah, 152 violations in the Al-Jawf fronts, 49 violations in Al-Dhalea, 9 violations in Abyan Sa'dah, and four violations in Sa'dah." in Lahj.

The violations varied between 967 targeting by bullets, 264 artillery targeting, 305 push of reinforcements, 59 offensive and infiltration operations, 178 drone and reconnaissance flights, 105 creating new trenches and fortifications, 20 planting mines, 19 creating snipers, in addition to 7 targeting operations. Civilian objects and displacement areas in Hodeidah, western Taiz and the city of Ma'rib.
