Today's recipe.. how to make baba ghanoush with pomegranate

Baba Ghanoush Pomegranate Ingredients

A large eggplant.

3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Two tablespoons of fresh pomegranate seeds, for garnish.

3 tablespoons of tahini.

 2 minced garlic.

A teaspoon of cumin.

Half a teaspoon of salt.

quarter cup of lemon juice.

A quarter of a teaspoon of paprika.

How to prepare


roast the eggplant

Put the eggplant in the oven tray, then pierce it with a fork and grease it with a little olive oil, then leave the preheated oven for 40 minutes until it is cooked, then remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes.

Empty the eggplant with a spoon and put the pulp in a bowl, then mash it well until you get a creamy mixture.

How to apply baba ghanoush

Put the crushed garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, tahini, cumin, lemon juice, salt and paprika in a small bowl and stir well, then pour the tahini mixture over the cold eggplant and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous.


Served Baba Ghanoush with Pomegranate

Pour the mixture into a serving dish, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve cold with white bread.
