Video - 103-year-old woman breaks a skydiving record!

Sweden's Ruth Linea Ingegaard Larsson set a new Guinness World Record when she parachuted recently at the age of 103 years and 259 days.

The Guinness World Records official said Larson jumped alongside parachutist Joachim Johansson while she was listening to the song "Try Your Wings".

And the world encyclopedia revealed that Larson parachuted for the first time in 2020 at the age of 102, when she decided to break the record for the largest woman to make a parachute jump.

Aside from skydiving, Larson loves to spend time with her family of 5 children, 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, who enjoy doing crossword puzzles and singing.

When Larson jumped on May 29, she broke the previous record for a female parachute jump, which was set by Kathryn Kitty Hodges in 2019 at the age of 103 years and 129 days, according to the Guinness Book of Records.

While the oldest man to parachute is Alfred Al Blaschke, who did it in 2020 at the age of 103 years and 181 days.
