Warning about the dangers of using aluminum foil in cooking food

Many of us use aluminum foil to maintain food temperature after cooking or during cooking as well.

Professor Mikhail Kutuchov, a Russian toxicologist, warned of the dangers of using aluminum foil in cooking food.

In an interview with doctorpiter.ru, the professor points out that aluminum foil contains hormone-like substances that can cause hormonal imbalance in the human body.

When these chemicals enter the human body, he says, they “disguise” as female hormones - estrogen. And when they accumulate, they lead to a hormonal imbalance in the human body.” According to him, these chemicals can cause thyroid dysfunction, obesity and even cancer and other diseases.

And the professor adds, this paper is also harmful because it contains a high percentage of aluminum, up to 90 percent. This element can accumulate in the kidneys, thyroid gland and brain and cause various diseases.

Why is aluminum harmful to health?

The human body has the ability to excrete aluminum in very minute quantities, which means that eating food containing aluminum within the permissible limits does not cause harm, and the World Health Organization has identified a safe percentage of aluminum at a rate of 40 mg of aluminum per kilogram of the body per day, meaning Assuming a person weighing 60 kg is allowed to eat 2.4 grams of aluminum per day.

But most people eat much more than the permissible percentage of the element aluminum, as it is included in the composition of many foods such as corn, salt, cheese, herbs, spices and tea, to name a few, and aluminum sulfate is used in the process of purifying drinking water.
