white chocolate sauce


White chocolate: 225 g (chopped)

Milk: a quarter cup

Cream: 1/4 cup (liquid)

Butter: 2 teaspoons

How to prepare

1. Heat the cream and milk in a non-stick saucepan over the heat until it begins to boil and bubbles appear on the sides of the pot.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the butter and chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

3. You can decorate the cake or cookies or eat the sauce with the fruits as desired.
