It was reported that in Aden, the Shabwa Defense Forces of the Southern Transitional Council were killed and wounded as a result of being targeted with an explosive device in Shabwa Governorate, southeast of Yemen.

It was learned that the accident occurred in the Al-Sawda area, west of Ataq, the capital of Shabwa governorate, this afternoon, Tuesday, after an explosive device was detonated.

The bombing targeted a security group of the Shabwa Defense Forces in the city center.

A local source stated that "the bombing targeted the crew near Al-Awael School, Al-Sawda area, west of Ataq city.
