Yemen: The “Supreme Judiciary” approves the payment of a living allowance for new graduates

The Supreme Judicial Council approved the cost of living allowance for all members of the judiciary, and granted jurisdiction to graduates of the Judicial Institute in Aden.


This came during a meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council in the interim capital, Aden, headed by Judge Mohsen bin Talib.


According to the information, the council discussed, “the situation of members of the judiciary and the payment of a difference in the cost of living allowance to all employees of the authority, starting in August 2022, and the payment of the rural allowance to the judiciary who are entitled to it.”
